To produce high quality welds by Arc welding. This training provides the student with thorough understanding of welding and weld quality necessary skill to produce quality welds
- Welding Inspection, Job Inspection, Raw material Inspection, Fit-up Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, Final Inspection on all type of fabricated jobs.
- Weldability test on Pipe, plate and consumables.
- Onsite Training of Welding in different processes e.g. SMAW, GTAW, GMAW(MIG/MAG), FCAW-GS, FCAW-SS, SAW to Welders, Supervisors and Engineers by AWS Certified Welding Inspector and Qualified Instructor up to 6G Welding position to meet ISO requirement.
- Training of Structural Fitter, Pipe Fitter and Fabricator by Qualified Instructor.
- Welders Testing (Performance Qualification Test) by AWS Certified Welding Inspector in different processes.
- Preparation and Certification of WPS, PQR, WPQT by AWS Certified Welding Inspector. (Welding Procedure as per EN, AWS, ASME, API & EN Standards)
- Quality Inspection of Welding Jobs by AWS Certified Welding Inspector.
- Third Party Inspection can be arranged for ABS, DNV, LRS etc.
- Fabrication Contract, Welding Job Work, Repair and Maintenance.
- Brand Approval of Welding Consumables by 6G Qualified Welders.
- Out sourcing and Placement of Welders, Fitter, Fabricator etc.
- Consultancy and solution for welding related problems.
- Training of Welding Inspector, Industrial Safety & Quality Control.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING Training & Certification Services
- NDT Level – I, II, III Training & Certification according to ASNT/ ISO 9712 Standards (VT, PT, MPT, RT, UT)
- NDT Certification Renewal Services by certified Level – III Personnel.
- Refresher course suitable to client requirement in all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
